Data deletion

Request deletion

You can ask us to delete all data linked to your account or to the social media accounts you connected to Nexxor Studio.

Email vitor@eaiagency.io with the subject “Data deletion — Nexxor Studio”, from your account's email address, saying which accounts or brands to delete.

We acknowledge it within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, sending you a confirmation at the end.

What is deleted

  • Social network access tokens, immediately.
  • Data about the connected accounts (IDs, names, pictures) and your content, drafts, schedules, notes and post history.
  • Your account, brands and team access, if you ask for full deletion.

Backups are overwritten within up to 30 days. We keep only what the law requires, such as invoices, for the legal period.

Deleting data in Nexxor Studio does not remove posts already published on the social networks. Those must be deleted on the platform itself.

Remove access on each platform

You can also remove Nexxor Studio's access directly on each network. When you do, we can no longer reach the account and we delete its tokens.

  • Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → Nexxor Studio → Remove.
  • Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → Active → Nexxor Studio → Remove.
  • YouTube and Google: on your Google Account permissions page, choose Nexxor Studio → Remove access.
  • LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services → Nexxor Studio → Remove.
